SomaFlow™ — The Method
SomaFlow™ is a movement method organised around internal relationship — between effort and ease, sensation and awareness.
Rather than directing the body toward ideal shapes, performance goals, or fixed outcomes, SomaFlow™ organises movement so the body can be met from the inside. Strength is not imposed. Stillness is not passive. Awareness is not something to “get right.”
Each class is structured through a clear, repeatable arc that allows movement to be entered, built, met, and resolved with integrity. This arc supports people at every stage of their movement journey — from beginners returning to their bodies, to experienced movers seeking depth, nuance, and refinement.
SomaFlow™ does not rely on levels, timelines, or achievement markers. Progression happens within each class through invitation, choice, and graded load. Participants are guided to listen, respond, and adapt — building capacity without pressure and confidence without comparison.
